A history video lesson celebrating World Rock Day, or rather, celebrating Heavy Metal, which is the child of Rock. Images from the game Brutal Legend (Double Fine, 2009) were used, and the cover art, band logos and typography, the founding of metal with Black Sabbath, a little bit of music theory, and the reasons why metal remains relevant and interesting today were discussed, in the words of Rob Halford (Judas Priest) and Scott Ian (Anthrax).
