David and Vic clash over Ira's morals as their criminal empire and their relationships with the ones they love come crashing down on them.

Cottage Cheese
David and Vic try to pack up and sell everything of Dale's so the pain can get off their minds. Cleaning out his house sends them through a trip down memory lane, where they remember the ups and downs of their childhood.
Chiva
After a rash decision, David tries to truly convince the others that they need to stop listening to Ira. He breaks through to Sammy, but not Vic and Conrad. David starts to realize that Vic's mental state has been slipping away ever since Dale's passing, becoming reliant on Ira.
License and Registration
Luke and Sophia start driving. On their first night out, they get pulled over, leading to both David and Eileen to have to watch over them. At the same time, Vic gets into a bad accident that leaves him hospitalized.
All the King's Men
With Vic in the hospital after his crash, David, Sammy, and Conrad think over their relationships with him. David and Sadie stick by him the entire time, recounting pleasant memories. Thankfully, he survives and makes a full recovery.
Structure Fire
David and Vic go on a deal for Ira alone, leading to a clash about Ira's leadership when David tries to convince Vic to break it off yet again.
The Throne
Even though David disagrees, he accompanies the rest of the guys out on a deal for Ira that goes much smoother than all the ones previous. David and Valerie discuss their future.
Pay in Advance
David, fed up with Ira, takes time off from the business to spend time with Valerie and his family. Meanwhile, Vic begins to devote himself to Ira, neglecting Sadie when she needs him most.
My Vices
David confesses everything he's been doing for the past five years to Eileen, Valerie, the kids, and even his therapist, trying to distance himself from all the trauma.
Shangri-La
David makes one last attempt to get the others to abandon Ira. In the meantime, begins to refuse going on a deal for Ira. After a long wait, Sammy finally decides to quit after David's advice. When Ira finds out, he's not happy.
Blue Rose
With Ira on the hunt for Sammy, David tries to help him. After laying low at his house, David helps him escape the country by buying him a flight to France, letting him live out his life free of any problems past and present.
Catalyst
When Sadie starts to realize how devoted Vic is to Ira, she considers leaving him. At the word of David, she calls off the engagement and goes back to New York. David explains the situation to Vic, but while he feels sad, it doesn't seem to affect him as much as David thought.
Black Dragon
David tries one final attempt to get through to Vic and Conrad so Ira doesn't get his way. His pleading finally gets to Conrad. When Conrad stands up to Ira, he gets himself killed, both Vic and Ira unable to tolerate the betrayal. Ira decides to send Vic out to kill one last person: David.
Impure
When David learns of the hit out on him, he gives a tearful goodbye to everyone in his family, knowing he very well couldn't make it out alive. David realizes what needs to be done. He gets in a violent confrontation with Vic over how he chose a life of crime over his own family. Ultimately, the battle between brothers comes to a close when Vic gains the upper hand. David, defeated, confesses that Bruce was the one to plant the seeds of doubt in his mind to begin with, on top of confessing that he directly told Sadie to leave and helped Sammy escape. David purposefully abstains from telling Vic where Sammy went. He offers Vic an ultimatum: to either help him up and the two of them take down Ira together or to kill him and go back to Ira. Vic executes David with no remorse. The series closes with Vic returning to Ira's office and giving him a firm handshake, sealing that what he was sent out to do is finally done and that he is truly lost.
