Aspiring screenwriter Mads happily looks forward to the return of his girlfriend Clara, who's been in Berlin for a month searching for inspiration. Instead of curing Mads' writer's block she leaves him for a better man. Mads finds himself in the turmoil of single-hood, as his friends Louise and Julius urges him to stop complaining and start meeting girls on the dating-app 'YesNoMaybe'.

Mads has a date with Maria, a mid-twenties law student, who shows up with a couple of six packs and a game of "Beer Pong". The date runs smoothly, but Mads has trouble letting go of the past and letting the balls fly.

Mads has a date with a hot single mom and convinces himself that family life could be the right way to find true love. It turns out life with kids isn't easy, when you're basically still a child.

Mads matches with an enigmatic design student on YesNoMaybe. He bails on his friends Julius and Louise to join her for champagne at the design school, only to find out that there's a downside to the mania of a "Manic Pixie Dream Girl".

Episode 6
A stunning Argentinian model invites Mads over to her hotel for a piece of chocolate cake on her last night in town. It turns out to be a fairy tale of a date, as Mads pushes his own boundaries to seduce her in a nick of time, as she leaves at sunrise.
Episode 7
Mads tries to woo a pregnant girl by giving her a grand tour of the cemetery where both Kierkegaard and Hans Christian Andersen are buried. The weather shifts as much as her mood and she's not impressed by his pretentious anecdotes. They realize that there is no basis for a romantic relationship, which makes them bond on a whole other level.
Episode 8
Mads has been looking for love in all the wrong places, and the app 'YesNoMaybe' has been his drug of choice, when dealing with the hardships of love. However his friends Julius and Louise are fed up with constantly being left in the cold, whenever Mads' phone vibrates. Mads is forced to choose between the love of his friends and the quick fix of his newfound lifestyle.
