An innovative burial product turns out to be difficult to pitch when even a professional mortician finds it disturbing. Alexandra announces her plan to discontinue the once-popular Truck Dong, Thingstarter's first successful product.

The first product designed for male post-masturbatory cleanup finds enthusiastic support from a surprising group of consumers. Alexandra and Hunter team up on the Second Chance Initiative, an effort to find a product that isn't "penis-related".
S1.E5 ∙ Forq
Darren is challenged to a design contest by the inventor of Forq, the "perfect" fork. Alexandra tries to save money by cutting back on free office seltzer, driving Kim and the rest of the team to find creative workarounds to her new rules.
S1.E6 ∙ Jesus on the Shelf
Christians are offended by a religious alternative to Elf on the Shelf; Alexandra and Justin argue over a pitch and their visions for the future.
