Episode 1
A merchant, convinced by the policemen of the Sant'Andrea police station, rebels against the racket while one of the leaders of the Santarcangelo clan is killed. The trial of Carlotta Santarcangelo begins and Fabrizio has to testify. Marisa receives a suspicious fine and shows it to Antonio who discovers it to be fake.
Episode 2
The Santarcangelo clan is suffering the consequences of the war with the rival clan but none of its members seem to want to help the police with their investigations. When Carlotta Santarcangelo, accused of murder, she learns that her father was killed in prison and she decides to collaborate.
Episode 3
Edoardo Valle and Sergio Amato investigate the robbery of two elderly gentlemen found drugged in their apartment. The elderly were in possession of a large sum of money and suspicion falls on a group of boys who, posing as municipal operators, interview elderly people in order to get hold of information regarding their economic position.
Episode 4
The police officers of the Sant'Andrea police station are investigating to identify a gang of drug dealers who hide under false identities, it will be a report for harassing noises from a neighbor to lead the agents towards the discovery of the culprits.
Episode 5
An entrepreneur is killed in his textile company, he had previously had bitter conflicts with his workers who asked for better working conditions. Luciano, enraged by Miriam's request for separation, decides to contact a lawyer who can manage the paperwork.
Episode 6
The Sant'Andrea team is called to intervene following a report of a robbery but, despite the timely arrival of the agents on the spot, the robbers manage to escape. During the trial interviews, the idea of infiltrating a policeman within the Camorra was born.
Episode 7
The agents are on the trail of a gang of cigarette smugglers who circulate with powerful armored vehicles. Luciano, who has agreed to infiltrate the world of the Camorra, must quickly learn the rules to be able to survive in a criminal environment.
Episode 8
A narcotized girl is found on a hearse. she has no documents or any particular sign that could help identify her. While waiting for her identity to be revealed, she is nicknamed "Sleeping Beauty". Meanwhile, Luciano lives dangerously his new life as an infiltrator in a Camorra clan.
Episode 9
Two distinct cases intertwine in this episode: a trafficking of synthetic drugs and the disturbing murder of a boy belonging to a strange secret sect. Meanwhile, since Tania discovered she is HIV positive, she has been under constant medical supervision.

Preparations for a wedding in Naples end in tragedy when the bride is found murdered. It turns out that the woman had a double life that no one seemed to be aware of. Meanwhile, a traditional African festival arouses suspicion in the police officers.
Episode 11
A homeless person finds himself having a suspicious amount of money. When a merchant refuses to accept his banknotes, the man wounds him and runs away. The cops are looking for him in the places he used to frequent. In the meantime, Luciano joins the clan managing to win the trust of the boss.

At a checkpoint a boy on a moped is told to stop. After an escape and an accident, the investigations will reveal that it is a stolen vehicle. Meanwhile boss Mimmo Jovine begins to grow suspicious.
Episode 13
In the cavity of an apartment, the skeleton of an Albanian woman who lived in that house several years earlier is unexpectedly found. Investigations begin on a prostitution ring that guarantees a large profits to a criminal organization.
Episode 14
The investigations aimed at identifying the perpetrators of the attack on the Caruso bar are progressing with great difficulty. The most promising track seems to be getting information from a boy brother of one of the victims. The discovery of the body of a black man will be a further development.
Episode 15
One evening, looking out the window of his apartment, Walter Battiston sees a girl leaving the house being chased by an armed man dressed only in a towel. To block the man Battiston fires a warning shot into the air, but things don't go as hoped.
Episode 16
The kidnapping of a woman leads the police officers of the Sant'Andrea police station on the trail of the Assomma clan. Meanwhile, a girl is traumatized by an attempted rape by two men, in the context of a sports center she frequents.
Episode 17
The investigations of the police station are focused on a gang of young drug dealers in which a boy, eager to show off with the older ones, is recruited by a Camorra boss.
Episode 18
Fabrizio continues to see Carlotta secretly despite being warned by Cafasso not to see her to avoid the risk of exposing her to the revenge of the Camorra. The danger becomes real when the young woman joins her lover in Naples and is recognized on the street.
Episode 19
Pietro and Alfio were involved in the filming of a crime film. During the filming of an action scene, the protagonist is the victim of a serious accident due to the replacement of the prop weapon with a real one. Is it really an accident?

A young violinist is murdered and among the suspects is a blind seer who had foreseen the crime. The agents investigate the connection between this crime and the misfortune that happened two years earlier to the daughter of the director of the conservatory attended by the murdered girl.

A taxi driver is attacked by a hooded man, it will only be thanks to the providential sound of an alarm that the man will flee. The girl was rescued by a witness who claims to have heard alarms go off in rapid succession and to have seen someone fleeing on foot.

A private detective is murdered, the main suspects in this murder are the protagonists of the two cases that the detective and his partner were following: the first investigation concerned a case of marital infidelity while the second an insurance scam.

On the day of the inauguration of a new multiplex cinema, the body of a man who turns out to be a Romanian laborer is discovered in one of the halls. The investigation into this murder will lead the agents to discover an illegal trade in workers managed by a criminal organization.
Episode 26
Agent Stefano De Pretis is accused of murdering a woman who had been his lover until a few months earlier. However, after the end of the relationship with De Pretis, the woman had fallen in love with a doctor dedicated to volunteering, with whom she planned to leave everything to go to Africa.
Episode 27
Two bodies are found in the botanical garden in two days: one belongs to the owner while the other belongs to a sports center doctor. After careful investigations, the men of the Sant'Andrea police station suspect that the two crimes are to be connected to the crime of a third person.

A woman is found along the side of a road in a state of total amnesia. The investigations lead to the discovery of the double life that the woman leads: both an affectionate wife and a transgressive lover. Meanwhile, a zoo attendant is found mauled in the lion's cage.

A pediatrician who surreptitiously transfers patients from public facilities to his private clinic ends up in the crosshairs of the police following a complaint from another doctor. Agent Moretto, posing as a doctor in turn, will carefully investigate the hospital environment.
