After a motorcycle collision, a husband and wife find themselves in the ER. Later, Robby bonds with a Tree of Life survivor.
10:00 A.M.
With a nearby hospital shuttered on the busiest day of the year, Robby and team must field extra patients, including the victim of a parkour mishap.
11:00 A.M.
As patients continue to pour in, including a local prison inmate, Robby and Langdon must work together to save a beloved patient.
12:00 P.M.
As the team deals with a loss, Al-Hashimi and Robby continue to clash over the best course of treatment for a patient showing signs of malnutrition.
1:00 P.M.
While Dana tends to a sexual assault victim, Abbot helps an officer injured in the field, and Mohan attempts to keep her uninsured patient in the ER.
2:00 P.M.
In the wake of an IT shutdown, Princess must manage a completely analog ER. Al-Hashimi, Mohan, and King assess a woman with sudden blindness.
3:00 P.M.
After one of Javadi's patients slips through the cracks, Dana calls in an old friend with experience running a low-tech ER.
4:00 P.M.
After an incident at a nearby water park, several critical patients are rushed to the Pitt. Later, Al-Hashimi confronts Robby.
5:00 P.M.
While King struggles to cope with her sister's newfound independence, patients and staff are put on edge by an unexpected presence in the ER.
6:00 P.M.
After she steps up to defend her trainee, Dana clashes with Robby about her methods – and his upcoming sabbatical.
7:00 P.M.
As the night shift begins, Mohan's AMA patient is brought back to the ER, Langdon doubts his place in the Pitt, and Robby gets Duke's results.
8:00 P.M.
After his bike takes a hit in the ambulance bay, Robby levels with Duke. A spinal cord injury forces Langdon to attempt a risky procedure.
9:00 P.M.
Al-Hashimi reveals details from her medical history, forcing Robby to face an ethical dilemma as he prepares to leave for his sabbatical.
