The Swan
Alex Polizzi visits the sleepy Suffolk village of Monks Leigh, coming to the rescue of publicans Steven and Julie whose lifelong dream of running a village pub is turning into a nightmare. Steeped in maritime history and right next to the city's busy docks, this pub has been loved by visitors and locals alike for generations - but it's now at risk of closing its doors for good.
Breaks Fold Farm
Alex visits Breaks Fold Farm in the Yorkshire Dales, where she advises owners Richard and Louise about the best way to update their camping site. Alex tries to persuade the couple that they must move with the times and add luxury touches to their offerings to compete in a crowded market- and crucially to allow them to increase their prices and therefore their profit margin.
