中原武林一直由南宫世家统领，好多帮派都附属南宫世家。然而，北方却崛起了一个神秘组织－－十二飞鹰帮。为争夺江湖利益，这两大派展开了你死我活的斗争。 十二飞鹰帮的黑鹰堂主和曲山三友都接到鹰王特使送来的密函，要他们两派结盟。正当黑鹰堂主在牡丹园为黄山三友的归顺而庆祝的时候，却被鹰王特使和另一名杀手所杀。 这位鹰王特使叫沈冲，他和高翔、叶群都是同一个组织“流星门”的杀手，这三人武功高强，沈冲更是其中的佼佼者。而这个组织的首领却是一个风情万种的妓院老板娘秋若兰，人称秋老大。那么，秋老大又为什么要杀黑鹰堂主呢……
