AJ returns to the hospital keen to impress, Aisha and Lydia come to blows managing Jyoti’s case and Greg discovers a shocking secret that Tommy has been hiding.

Diwali revelers cause chaos throughout the town; Lydia tries to help a deaf runaway teenager; while Gabriel and Aisha are thrown together in a festival clinic.
