17-year-old Mui Ee has only one goal – become an engineer and get a secure job. Just follow the SOP and everything will be ok…right? Of course not! We’re talking teenagers here - first year poly students navigating the perils of teen romance, social media minefields, annoying cliques, late assignments and over-zealous parents. There are no SOPs! A reluctant Mui Ee is soon pulled into the web of teen drama involving herself, her friends and the hottest boy in poly. To make things worse, Mui Ee has to babysit her dad as he tries to turn the book, “The Teenage Textbook “ into a modern-day app for teens. With all the drama swirling around, Mui Ee has to eventually confront her greatest fear – if she deviates from the set path, will she make an irreversible decision she’ll regret for the rest of her life? Mui Ee thinks she knows the answer to that, and part of the fun is finding out if she’s right!

An Old Fashioned Love Letter
Mui Ee tries to focus on her studies but it’s not easy after an anonymous love letter is tucked in her textbook. Suddenly, friends (and enemies) become potential admirers, and Mui Ee realise she is actually hoping it’s from a certain someone.
First Date is the Deepest
Mui Ee can’t believe Tom asked her out on a date. In fact, either can Sissy. The two best friends experience some rivalry while the new English teacher gets Ms Debbie Boon’s heart racing.
Never Too Late for Romance
Hoping to repair her disastrous date with Tom, Mui Ee gets some out-of-touch advice from her father that results in her digging a bigger hole. After laying down the ultimatum to stop the animosity between Amy and Sean, Kai is surprised to learn his girlfriend and best friend working on a dating app together.
Gone Fishing
Kai, Sean and Amy try to catch the Catfisher on their site while Hazlinda gathers some fake friends to please her aunt. While trying to complete an assignment, Mui Ee blurs the line between imitation and originality.
Shame and Blame
Sissy’s social media world crashes down around her after discriminating photos were leaked – will she be able to save her brand? Ms Debbie and Mr Mills find some common ground via cinema.
Keeping Up Appearances
Mui Ee and Sissy’s friendship gets tested when the truth of the photos is revealed. Priorities change as you’re grow up, but does this mean the end of the line for the two best friends?
The Concert
The first-year poly students are excited about organising their first ever concert until they get an unexpected request from the poly. Mui Ee wonders if her essay would win a coveted competition.
Overreach
Golden boy Tom gets his hands full with swimming, singing and studies and wonders if he can have it all.
Irreversible
Tom, Sean and Mr Lee may have pushed things a little too far while focussing on their goals. Will Mui Ee, Kai and Mrs Lee be able to pull them back?
Borders
Mui Ee and Tom face one of their relationship’s biggest challenge, while Mr Lee and Rebecca consider if old flames ought to be stoked.
Familiar
Mui Ee and Tom navigate their relationship as it distressingly nosedives. Kai decides it’s time for some decisive action, and this puts his friendship with Mui Ee in jeopardy.
