Star Song Special – Season 3

Episode 1

The first episode of Star Song Special Season 3 will have Masahiro Matsuoka as the MC and Ryota Miyadate (Snow Man) as the guest. The Juniors will ask the senior artist questions, and the senior artist will answer them with no restrictions on what they can say. In the "Switch Question" segment, where the questions are switched around, Miyadate will reveal the story behind how his nickname "Date-sama" came about. There will also be a segment where Matsuoka and Miyadate look back on their respective days as Juniors. What were the struggles they experienced back then that were typical of being a Junior? In the new segment "Star Impression" the Juniors will candidly reveal what impressions they have of the guest. For the Junior Special LIVE, they will perform SixTONES' "JAPONICA STYLE" and ACEes' "Biggest Party" And in "Star Challenge," where the Juniors are free to showcase themselves, Kohei Aoki will perform on the piano, among other things, making for a packed lineup!

The 12th episode is hosted by Jun Itoda (Speed Wagon), with SixTONES making their first appearance as guests to celebrate their 6th anniversary since debut. In "Switch Question" SixTONES will meet face-to-face with Kansai Juniors! Hokuto Matsumura shares his secrets to becoming a "national treasure-level handsome guy" while Shintaro Morimoto offers tips on how to get closer to senior artists. Eito Motoshige also asks Taiga Kyomoto what kind of gifts he would buy for the members with a budget of 3000 yen or less for "a certain reason." Sukoyaka Okano, a huge SixTONES fan will perform an impression of their song "Good Luck!" But his impression unexpectedly ends up with one of the members getting teased! The studio then reaches its peak as Mikoto Taniguchi shows off his special talent, "Ikemen Baseball" - a performance so entertaining that Yugo Kochi calls it "a revolution in comedy" For the Special LIVE, SixTONES will perform their latest song "Dance Forever" in full.
