Derwin Brown wins the sheriff seat in DeKalb County, GA, and promises to clean up the department. Incumbent sheriff Sidney Dorsey and his associates will stop at nothing to hold on to their jobs. It’s a battle between good vs. evil, and someone ends up paying the price.
