Mark gets cold feet about Sally accompanying him to East Timor. The problem is how to tell her. Several attempts to come clean only prove there is no good time for news like this. Julia tries to con Mon into having the lump in her breast examined, but is shocked when a worrying lump in her own breast is identified. Julia goes into denial while Mon freaks and avoids being examined at all costs. Finally, friendship leads Mon to having the examination - she and Julia should go through this stressful experience together. Wayne just can't leave Megan alone. He convinces Ryan to go fishing with him, all the while hoping they can actually visit Megan
