To arrange money for his sister’s marriage, Baali agrees to work for a corrupt jeweller and ends up in trouble. While escaping the cops, he meets Kalavathi, a Naxal sympathiser.
Kingdom of Shaitans
An ex-Naxal, Obuleshu, plans a murder inside the jail. Baali offers to do the job to impress Naxal leader Sambanna, who then appoints him to kill a new Greyhound officer, Vijay Kumar.

Baali, Kalavathi and Naxal leader Sujatha eliminate Vijay Kumar. His successor, Nagi Reddy, plans to avenge his death, which proves costly for the Naxals.

As Nagi Reddy continues to arrest Vijay Kumar’s killers, Baali surrenders. Ranganna does the unthinkable, beginning a vicious cycle of murder and revenge amongst the Naxals.
