In a rental apartment home in downtown Baltimore, MD in 2017, a neighbor finds 24-year-old father and youth worker Dionay 'Dion' Smith executed with a shotgun. The other residents are cagey, but a suspicious visitor is singled out thanks to telling CCTV outside the victim’s door.
