Writer-director-producer Robert Meyer Burnett reacts to the outcry by some fans that the MCU’s CAPTAIN MARVEL movie is Hollywood bending to the will of fans and social media influencers insisting on a female-led superhero movie. “As fans, we should hope for a great script and a great story,” explains RMB. He explains that the fact superheroes will be depicted as men and women from a variety of races is an inevitability - and we should all be okay with that. What we need, Burnett continues, is an educated population when it comes to nearly 10,000 years of art and literature. “We can’t something that was created a thousand years ago is now bad because of the way we view things today.” RMB also answers questions from fellow Imagination Connoisseurs in the live stream chat.

RMB is an avid collector of action figures and toys inspired by his favorite movies, comic books, science fiction and fantasy franchises. Writer-producer-director, Robert Meyer Burnett, celebrates the holidays and spreads the joy with his fellow Imagination Connoisseurs by sharing his favorite home video releases from 2018. His love affair with physical media began when he was a teenager, working in a home video store - and RMB’s enthusiasm is infectious. RMB also chats with fans in the live stream chat and promptly gets raided by fans from another stream (sorry about that). But for those fans who can speak English, it was a fun time talking about physical media.
