Rebuilding the Soccer Team
Lin Wanxing comes out on top in the teacher recruitment process. However, she chooses the easy position of sports equipment manager, seeking a quiet and simple life. This is when the school decides to rebuild the soccer team to compete in the Youth Super League. Lin Wanxing is selected to serve as the team's supervising teacher.
The First Match
Among the students in the soccer team, only the captain, Fu Xinshu, still wants to keep playing. Lin Wanxing and Fu Xinshu manage to gather enough players to take the field, only to be demolished by their opponent.
Turning the Tide
Lin Wanxing introduces Wang Fa to the team and bluntly states that he can help them win the match. However, they have doubts about this "former Nanton coach" who appeared out of nowhere.
Winning Wang Fa Over
Lin Wanxing racks her brains to persuade Wang Fa to become the soccer team's coach, using all sorts of psychological tactics. However, Wang Fa easily deflects them all.
Swapping Lives
Their 'life swap' begins. Wang Fa agrees to coaching the soccer team if his insomnia can be alleviated.
Catfish Effect
The students are deeply discouraged when substitute player Chen Weidong drops out of the team. To ignite the team's fighting spirit, Lin Wanxing gets Wen Chengye to challenge them, using the 'catfish effect' to restore the players' passion and drive.

Fu Xinshu once again sincerely invites Wen Chengye to join the soccer team. Wen Chengye proposes that if Fu Xinshu can beat his English score in the next monthly exam, he will agree to join the team.

Mysterious Gift Box
Fu Xinshu receives a mysterious gift box. Lin Wanxing successfully solves the riddle, and the answer leads her to a photo studio. She and Wang Fa pretend to be a couple and go to the photo studio for a photoshoot, using the opportunity to solve the mystery.
Poaching
The manager of the Hengjiu Soccer Club extends an invitation to Wang Fa to join them. Lin Wanxing wants to ask Wang Fa to stay but can't bring herself to say it.
The Reason for Playing Soccer
Lin Wanxing notices the students' reluctance and can't help but ask them why they play soccer. Their answers vary, but at the core, they all have a passion for soccer.
Flirty Vibes
Wang Fa has already banished all suspicions about Lin Wanxing. His initial intention for staying at Hongjing No. 8 High School has turned into an attachment to Lin Wanxing and the students. Wang Fa patiently teaches Lin Wanxing how to ride a bike, and something more starts to build between them.

Leaving Hongjing No. 8 High School
Jason's mother shows up out of the blue to see Wang Fa and airs her grievances to him. Overwhelmed by guilt, Wang Fa ultimately decides to leave Hongjing No. 8 High School.
Past Regrets
Lin Wanxing realizes that Wang Fa lied about leaving to join Hengjiu and that he must have another reason. She rushes over to stop Wang Fa and successfully catches him before he leaves.
Heading to the UK
Wang Fa learns from Yu Bo that there is a new lead in Jason's case in the UK. He departs for the UK right away.
Opening Up About the Past
Wang Fa returns from the UK. He senses that Lin Wanxing's attitude towards him has gone cold and guesses that she has learned the truth.
Facing It Together
Ju Li goes to Lin Wanxing's house but can't reach her. She discovers a note the Lin Wanxing left and worries that something happened to her. She and Wang Fa anxiously search for her.
Making Up
With a sudden change to the matchup, Hongjing's team has to face the strongest contender in the group stage...
Misunderstanding
The kids are feeling lost and anxious, unsure of what the team's future holds. Lin Wanxing is worried that the team will disband.
Voting
Lin Wanxing proposes a vote to let the children decide for themselves whether they want to continue competing. If even one person votes no, they will forfeit the next match.
A Child's Dream
Wen Chengye's father orders him to quit the team. Lin Wanxing and Wang Fa persuade Mr. Wen to respect his son's dream. He ultimately agrees to let Wen Chengye continue to play soccer.
Wish
Wang Fa confesses his feelings to Lin Wanxing and gives her an origami frog containing a list of 100 wishes that he had written down. The last wish on the list is to be with Ms. Xiao Lin.
A Buried Past
The school principal receives an anonymous letter accusing Lin Wanxing of being the culprit who induced her mentor's suicide. The buried past is suddenly unearthed, but Lin Wanxing offers no explanation.
Unconditional Trust
Wang Fa books out a theater in Hanling and makes posters to guide Lin Wanxing there. On the screen, she watches a video of the kids expressing their longing and encouragement.
Gathering Evidence
Lin Wanxing and the kids watch the video that Grandpa Lin and Coach Jiang left for them. Lin Wanxing finally musters up the courage to face the shadows of the past and begins investigating.
Seeking Justice
Lin Wanxing decides to take Xiang Zi to court. In the courtroom, she stands up for herself, detailing the injustices she had endured and appealing to the law for justice.
Meeting the Parents
Lin Wanxing visits the Wang residence and "meets the parents". Wang Genfa personally prepares the meal. After dinner, Wang Fa's mother, Kang Qiao, takes Lin Wanxing aside to gaze at the stars.
All-Out Preparations
With the championship match fast approaching, Wang Fa takes the kids to a professional training facility for intensive training. To their surprise, during training, they catch Fang Sulun, the captain of the Yongchuan Hengjiu team, sneaking out of the Hongjing team's quarters.
A Tough Call
Fang Sulun admits to stealing, leaving the team facing a dilemma. Reporting him to the police would likely result in Fang Sulun's disqualification from the competition, and while Hongjing would win, it would affect Fang Sulun's future. This time, Lin Wanxing lets the kids decide for themselves.
