4 new teams set out from Nashville TN in search of family. A food theme has the teams smashing and slurping their way to victory. Stephen meets an uncle with heavy answers to his past and a mysterious name that he must find.
Episode 2
Team Green dishes out a costly penalty to another team. JT meets yet another very close family member with a similar personality. The twins find someone who’s been searching for them for 25 years and learn how their mom passed away.
Episode 3
Yet another penalty from Team Green stings the rest of the field. Stephen is treated to a theatrical release of his past with an emotional group meeting. Jurrell learns about his mother's identity and where she came from.

Results from the bowling competition are revealed. The teams punch and think their way through a tricky food-based challenge. Jurrell discovers two close relatives who thought he had a different name.

Stephen narrows the search for his father with some exciting news from his family. Jurrell meets the person who fostered his mother when he was an infant. JT hugs a close relative and learns devastating news about his family’s past.
