Following on from December’s heartwarming Christmas special, Pete Wicks and his four-legged friends return for a new series at the Dogs Trust in Basildon. The series follows dog-lover Pete as he again immerses himself in the emotional world of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming puppies and dogs of all breeds from all over the UK, and the charitable work done that aims to improve dog welfare.

Pete meets Staffy-Boxer Cross Crumble, who's been at the centre in Basildon for over three years, stuck without a foster or permanent home in sight.
