Bruna gives Júlio the cold shoulder, ignoring him when he tries to explain that he has no connection to Mariana. Bruna lays her cards on the table with Mariana, suggesting that she try to win Júlio over so that Bruna has a valid excuse to break off the engagement. Beth and Ciro are surprised when Bruna invites Mariana out for a walk and a shopping trip. Luísa warns Júlio that Bruna likely has ulterior motives behind the friendship she has just struck up with Mariana. Franco comforts Duda, who is crying because Daniel refused to study with her and treated her badly. Gema is concerned when she catches the two of them hugging in the bedroom.
