The police are notified that a cyclist has been assaulted. Seeing a young man force a woman into his car, he had tried to intervene and was shot. Anne is accused of murder, but the whole team know only too well that it's really a scheme engineered by Gimenez.

Two thugs had stolen the bag belonging to a woman in her sixties, but she chased after them, knocked over their scooter and recovered her property...

After the shoot-out that cost Gimenez his life, Franklin is relieved of his command and replaced by Blanche. An appointment that exacerbates the tensions within the team. A shooting takes place in a car park. The only witness suffers from Down's syndrome and is hyper-emotional.
