This episodes consists of the members from sub-units NCT 127, NCT DREAM, NCT U and WAYV showing a specific time of their day, which is decided in the first episode, getting their time assignment and challenging one another to games to get better time slots.
JAEMIN : 11AM-12PM
Jaemin starts the relay vlog by showing NCTzen special items, and how he edits images.
MARK : 12-1PM
Mark wakes up to take over the relay cam, and he and Jungwoo visits for lunch and to spend the day together.
JUNGWOO : 1-2PM
Jungwoo takes over the relay and spends the hour with Mark.
TEN : 2-4PM
Ten takes over the relay and shows life in the dormitory with the cats, Louis and Leon.
LUCAS : 4-5PM
Lucas takes over the relay cam to have lunch and show NCTzens spots around Seoul.
JISUNG : 5-6PM
Jisung takes over the relay camera and does his physiotherapy whilst discussing life with NCTzens.
KUN : 6-7PM
Kun begins his relay hour in the recording studio, making songs and musical beats . Lucas briefly visits whilst waiting to record.
YUTA : 7-8PM
Yuta starts his hour on the relay cam and draws whilst talking about some of his favourite movies.
JAEHYUN : 8-9PM
Jaehyun takes over the relay cam and tells us about shows he's been watching.
CHENLE : 9-10PM
Chenle starts his hour on the relay cam, and DJs for TBS Radio.
SUNGCHAN : 10-11PM
Sungchan makes customised shoes for his hour of the relay cam.
SHOTARO : 11PM-12AM
Shotaro tales over the relay cam to record and showcase his dance practice. Sungchan joins him to help him learn the '90s Love's dance.
HENDERY : 12-1AM
Hendery begins his relay by gaming with friends; Lucas visits to check in on him, and games with him. He ends the relay by practicing origami.
RENJUN : 1-2AM
Renjun does a room tour, showcases his art and creates some art with Jisung and Jeno.
HAECHAN : 2-3AM
Haechan gives a short room tour, fills Zens in with what he has been doing in recent weeks, and chats with NCTzens on social media.
JENO : 3-4AM
Jeno continues the relay with a room tour and items that are special to him. He also plays some video games to pass the time.
XIAOJUN : 4-5AM
Xiaojun starts his hour of the relay cam by cleaning out the dog litter box, making food, showing NCTzens how to make a simple Oreo cake, and singing for the viewers.
WINWIN : 5-6AM
Winwin wakes up to take control of the relay cam. He shows his morning routine, shows some of his games and crafts off, and watches television.
YANGYANG : 6-7AM
Yangyang takes viewers to the store for breakfast, cooks and eats, and talks with viewers about what's happening in his life.
TAEIL : 7-8AM
Taeil fills viewers in with what he has been doing and wants to do in 2021, plays 'Pre Evolution Soccer' with Jungwoo and reminiscences on things that happened in 2020.
DOYOUNG : 8-9AM
Doyoung wakes up to take over relay cam; he has breakfast, and chats with NCTzens about his plans and favourite foods.
JOHNNY : 9-10AM
Johnny goes to the salon and gets his hair dyed for his hour of the relay camera.
TAEYONG : 10-11AM
Taeyong ends the relay cam by waking up and going to set for recording.
