An Qing-hui thinks he is finally able to ask his crush to dinner, but things do not go as planned. Instead, he is stuck with an aunty.

Nothing is going well for Qing-hui the loser. Yet, the dark clouds are lifted instantly after he learns of an exclusive news about an underclassman.
Episode 3
Just as Qing-hui is about to present his artwork to Yan-ting, the Office of Academic Affairs suddenly calls him to pick up an emergency phone call.

Qing-hui's uncle asks him to stay away from Xiao-fei, but he can't stop worrying about her. He goes to her place, only to find that she is gone.

The text Qing-hui sends to Xiao-fei is still shown as "unread." Yan-ting claims that she is not dating the basketball team captain.
Episode 6
Mrs. An has many complaints about family life. But thanks to Xiao-fei, her anger is pacified. An exhausted Qing-hui still has to deal with schoolwork.

Xiao-fei kisses Xiao-lai, yet this is not love. Qing-hui searches through the crowd on the departure platform, but Xiao-fei is nowhere to be found.

Ye-shi notices the sparks between Qing-hui and Xiao-fei. Xiao-fei tries to dismiss her relationship with Qing-hui after he runs into Xiao-shan.
Episode 13
Qing-hui's uncle threatens to sue when his nephew is injured. Xiao-fei comes to the Ans' house to visit Qing-hui, who chooses to avoid her.
Episode 14
Qing-hui's confession of his love for Xiao-fei sparks a family revolution. To make Qing-hui give up, Xiao-fei claims that she will marry Xiao-lai.
Episode 15
Xiao-fei and Mrs. An open up and reconcile. Qing-hui has a minor injury from an accident. Bo-hui notes something is wrong when Qing-hui returns home.
Episode 16
Because of Xiao-fei, Qing-hui finds his passion for work. A slap in the face by Mrs. An prompts Xiao-fei to make up her mind to date Qing-hui.
Episode 17
Qing-hui introduces Xiao-fei as his girlfriend. Mrs. An mistakes the two to have moved in together and asks Xiao-fei in the public to let her son go.
Episode 18
Being forced to break up, Qing-hui decides to go to Australia. Five years later, he meets a little girl while looking for inspirations in a bookstore.
Episode 19
Qing-hui meets with old friends, but everyone has lost in touch with Xiao-fei. Qing-hui wants to find the picture book's author but gets turned down.
Episode 20
Mrs. An discovers the identity of the little girl's mother. After some struggling, she makes a careful decision for the sake of her son's happiness.
