Jojo, the monster of Lake Joliville, has disappeared. The Supersop factory has been illegally dumping its waste into the waters of the lake, and it is afraid that the monster's disappearance will draw attention to the company's shady practices. To keep this from happening, the factory's manager builds a mechanical double of Jojo. But he'll have to do more than that if he wants to outwit the Monster Agency...
