Mark Chapman reviews the day's Premier League action, featuring Burnley v Manchester United at Turf Moor and Liverpool v Crystal Palace at Anfield. Palace were aiming to boost their chances of avoiding relegation and would be well aware of the Reds' struggles against teams in the bottom half of the table this season.
