Episode 1
Dougie Vipond takes a trip to Lyon to see Scotch lamb take centre stage at the World Culinary Olympics. Euan McIlwraith is in Orkney to tell the story of the man behind the salvage of German warships in Scapa Flow, and Nick Nairn begins a three-part feature looking at the work of a world-renowned centre for nutritional research in Aberdeen.
Episode 2
Dougie Vipond meets the new President of the National Farmers' Union of Scotland, Nigel Miller, as the industry faces challenges on many fronts. Euan McIlwraith marks the 200th anniversary of the Bell Rock Lighthouse and Nick Nairn is at the Rowett Research Institute to compare his modern diet with that of people in the 1930s.

Dougie Vipond visits Ben Eighe to tell the tale of the cone gatherers who helped to replenish Scotland's wartime forests. Sarah Mack investigates a campaign to improve the popularity of offal and Euan McIlwraith goes to work for a day on one of Orkney's inter-island ferries.

Dougie Vipond goes squirrel trapping in the North West Highlands as part of a project to save Scotland's native red squirrels. Euan McIlwraith visits a state-of-the-art sawmill which will revolutionise the Scottish timber industry, and Amanda Hamilton goes hunting for agates in Ayrshire.

Euan McIlwraith examines the potential for wind power to be the new cash crop for Scotland's farmers. Sara Mack begins a new mini-series profiling some of the country's traditional farm breeds.

Dougie Vipond heads to Ardnamurchan to meet the people behind the local Pig Club. Euan McIlwraith is in Orkney where the streets of Stromness are being regenerated with local stone and Sarah Mack profiles another famous Scottish farm breed.

Scotland's country magazine show. Dougie Vipond looks at new legislation which could see landowners punished for wildlife crimes on their land. Nick Nairn begins a four-part series foraging for wild food and Euan McIlwraith takes his yacht on a journey along the small harbours of the North Aberdeenshire coast.

Scotland's country magazine show. Dougie Vipond meets the estate workers on stand-by to fight moorland or forest fires. Nick Nairn cooks a meal with ingredients from woodland forage and Euan McIlwraith reveals the fascinating history of the golden retriever.
Episode 13
Scotland's country magazine show. Dougie Vipond looks at the arguments against the continued spread of wind turbines across the Scottish countryside. Euan joins fisherman Jimmy Buchan as he takes his boat to London to launch his autobiography and Nick Nairn cooks up another woodland feast.

Dougie Vipond meets the farmer who has swapped cattle and cropping for concerts. Also, Nick Nairn cooks another gourmet meal in the woods and Euan McIlWraith completes his sailing voyage along the harbours of the North East coast.

Dougie Vipond and the team are back for a new series of Scotland's countryside magazine show. Dougie finds out about a new weapon in the battle against food fraud, Sarah Mack joins the Scottish Gundog Team as they prepare for the biggest competition of the year and Euan McIlwraith tries his hand at chainsaw art.

Scotland's countryside magazine. Dougie Vipond meets the dairy farmer turning poo into power! Euan tells the story of a Peterhead whaling ship and Sarah travels to Blenheim Palace for the International gundog trials.

Dougie Vipond is at the Scottish Ploughing Championships. Euan McIlwraith concludes his attempt to sail round Eigg, Muck and Coll in a week and Sarah Mack looks at the challenges and opportunities of setting up a deer farm.

Dougie Vipond is on Rum to meet the community trust now running much of the island. Nick Nairn is at an auction of rare Scotch whisky and Sarah Mack takes part in a cave rescue exercise.

Dougie Vipond is on Rum to find out about the role of the island's unique ponies in managing the deer population. He also takes a walk in the footsteps of Pilgrims on the Ayrshire coast.

The Landward team explore the new trail on the south shore of Loch Ness, go trucking with Scotland's top horse transporter and meet the Dumfries and Galloway company using fish to grow vegetables.

Dougie Vipond is on Rum to help researchers tag Manx shearwaters in an effort to find out more about their feeding habits. The team are on the road with Scotland's top horse transporter, and Nick Nairn is back in the kitchen for a new four-part mini-series.
