He refuses and scrambles to hide the truth from his employees. However, when the office workers find out the news and realize their jobs are at risk, they join forces to convince him to redo the certification.
Bi-weekly Pass
"Bajío VIP" is the hottest publication of the moment, and Jero is determined to be its next big exposé in the social section. To make it happen, he organizes a mandatory night of shots and karaoke with his employees. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi ensure that Aniv doesn't make it to the party, while Jero guarantees everyone else does, by kidnapping the most precious thing they have.
Work Motivation
Determined to inspire his team, Jero employs every tactic at his disposal, even involving Aniv. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi amuse themselves by kidnapping a toy plane, while negotiations erupt over salary increases. What starts as a "Blue Monday" quickly spirals into a "Monday of Terror" for everyone at Olimpo.
On A Slow Flame
The Olimpo Aguascalientes office must take a harassment prevention course, during which Jero's lack of manners with visitors becomes glaringly obvious. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi toy with Aniv's mind, pushing his loyalty to Jero to the ultimate test. At the same time, Qwerty arrives at the office in poor health, jeopardizing Angeles's plans.

The main office organizes a vote to decide whether to keep the classic soapbox or replace it with a more modern design. Proud to be the face of the classic presentation, Jero sets out to sabotage the election, enlisting Memo as his campaign chief and Aniv to do the dirty work. Meanwhile, Sofi has broken up with Pascal, and the men in the office are competing for her.

The employees of Olimpo must complete a labor satisfaction survey. To get favorable responses, Jero pampers everyone-but on that very day, the women face the "red tide." Meanwhile, the men engage in a betting pool, and Aniv puts his work skills to the test. What should have been a straightforward task quickly escalates into a gender battle in the office.

When the Aguascalientes branch of Olimpo loses one of its biggest accounts, Jero accompanies Juana on a peculiar field trip to retrieve it. Aniv takes charge of the office and implements measures to make up for the lost revenue. Meanwhile, Sofi and Memo take advantage of the chaos to "play hooky."
Handwashing Day
It's International Handwashing Day, and all eyes are on Olimpo as it attempts to break a record. Memo and Sofi organize the troops, while Aniv scares the attendees. Meanwhile, Jero receives an unexpected visit from Juana, who, to his surprise, does not come alone. This places Jero in a high-stakes dilemma, forcing him to make a choice that could reshape the office's future for good.
