The gang gets a message in Vicky's cereal bowl meaning danger seeks them all. While Theo is trying to grab objects without dropping them, the dangerous spirit reveals hiself to be the other half of Theo's spirit.
Crimes & philosophy
Theo meets a ghost named Schmitt who inspects the case of the disappearance of 'Gonzague Chartier'. Vicky tries to convince Sandrine, who became her new philosophy teacher, that you do not need books to be smart.
A little two
While Justine tries to help Theo exit the appartment, Greg will spend the day with his best friend 'Ostie Guy'.
The voice is free
Justine hears random voices around who seem to be up to no good. Vicky contacts 'Roger' the ghost who agrees to help the team if he gets a date with a mortal woman.
Boogie Max
A ghost name 'Boogie Max' gets in the appartment. Who wants to sign Theo a contract to tour around the world for 100 years.
Tristan
Greg's old childhood friend passed away from hitting his head on a rock. He made a promise to protect Tristan's younger sister, Sunny. He meets his buddy to make peace once and for all.
Florida
Theo gets a spirit dream of his fiancé named Florida. Greg and 'Ostie Guy' get into yet another argument that can only be stopped by one thing: Kung Fu.
Reconciliation
Marianne comes by the appartment after Vicky convinces her to give her sister a complete makeover.
I love you, me neither
Justine tries to find a way to help Theo dream again to find clues about his Death. Mr 'Sansouci' comes back from vacation but the team is all suspiscious.
And if ever...
Theo gets stuck into another spirit dream where he truly feels alive with his fiancé Florida. Vicky and Justine get moved into that world back in 1957, but things don't go as planned.
News from 'Gonzague'
The team tries to find a way to get a hand of 'Gonzague' who is still stuck in between life and death. Mr. 'Sansouci' shows up and tries to show his changed man ways to help.
Theo, the liberator
Vicky, Justine and Theo try to contact a ghost named Lola who is part of the Ghost Liberation Front (GLF). Greg helps Sunny back at 'Ostie Guy's appartment for a thanatology project and both his ex girlfriend and best friend fight to share time with him.
Hidden screws
Justine tries to find a way to lower the appartment's rent. 'Ostie Guy' convinces Vicky to help him read lines for an audition and Greg goes missing.
Lose your mind.
With trouble sleeping, Justine starts to see changes happening in the appartment right before her eyes. Since Theo's other half is stuck in his guitar, Greg brings it to 'Ostie Guy' appartment who tries to get a hold of the precious musical instrument.
Red and black
Theo's other half finally takes full control of him after possessing his new ghost master, Eleanor. He will now haunt the ones who used to be his friends until he fully forces them to leave the appartment.
The cousin
Vicky's 'cousin' named 'Rachel' comes to the appartment after things got heated in the past. Theo tries everything in his power to bring back 'Gonzague'. Even if it means using his other half to do so.
Consequence
The team discovers Sandrine's mother was Florida, Theo's fiance from 1957. Theo tries everything to get Florida's memory box.
Theo's trial
Theo is put into a spirit trial where he must show himself innocent. Justine becomes his lawyer and her sister, Marianne, is sure that ghosts do actually exist.
Taking a breath
Justine and Marianne try to find a way to stop their parents from divorcing. Greg tries to find a bikini picture of Sunny that 'Ostie Guy' happens to have in his appartment.
The paranoid
Justine's father comes to the appartment for a visit. Vicky tries to convince people to buy tickets for a movie as part of her new job, but that movie happened to be from 'Ostie Guy's favorite tv show.
Death on the run
Mr. 'Sansouci' comes to the appartment as he is now wanted by the company he works for: 'UltraCORP'. Theo lives another spirit dream from 2 days before his death where he is with his fiancé, Florida.
