When a priest is murdered and set on fire in Kagurazaka, Onizuka and Saki join the investigation at Keitaro's request. Onizuka soon links the victim to an unsolved 1988 Shinjuku arson case where the priest had served as a vital eyewitness. To solve the current murder, the team must track down a long-lost suspect who has been on the run for decades.
