Amatsu Gai announces his new documentary series on his new company Thouser-Intellion. Originally released on Twitter ostensibly as the annual Toei Kamen Rider April Fool's prank, this short video was in fact a double-prank as it actually led into the very real Kamen Rider Gems -The Presidents- mini-series.
