Anna’s Gallaghers from Donegal, Donncha’s Sheehans from Limerick, Nina’s Burns from Waterford, and Davy’s Nugents from Louth take on The Lake.
Episode 3
Anna’s McNally's from County Monaghan, Donncha’s Finnegan's from County Cork, Nina’s Peters' from County Waterford, and Davy’s Regan's from County Sligo take on The Lake.
Episode 4
Anna’s Caddow's from Dublin, Donncha’s Cooney’s from County Cork , Nina’s Rices from County Wicklow, and Davy’s Greenes also from County Wicklow take on The Lake
Episode 5
It's the first of two Fittest Family quarter finals in The Forest, and four families and their coaches will be hoping to do enough to stay in the game.
Episode 6
Four families and their coaches will be hoping to do enough to progress from The Forest onto the semi-finals in The Swamp, and make it all the way to the final on the Mountain.
Episode 7
It's semi-final week as the competition seperates into 2 heats, with three families pitted against each other in a time trial, and the losing 2 families heading into an eliminator.
Episode 8
It's the grand final? Which super family will be crowned Ireland's Fittest Family 2022 and which coach will be covered in glory to leading them to success?

Special celebrity episode of Ireland’s Fittest Family sees four celebs go head to head. Up for the challenge are Glenda Gilson, Emma Doran, Tadgh Fleming, and Blathnaid Treacy.
