Martel and Nitro are duelling with each other over ideas at a studio flat in London. We delve into the archives all the way back to 2009, when Martin was charmed by a Grade II listed house in Devon. Martin is also in Somerset, where another character property is ripe for reinvention.

Jacqui has recruited Frankie from The Traitors, but will she be faithful to an auction property in Kent? We trawl the archives to see a Cornwall cottage Martin visited in 2013 that took quirky to a whole new level. Martin is also in Bristol where a mid-terrace is in pretty decent condition.

An uncle is on hand to help his niece create a family home in Bristol. Dion’s in the dark in Leeds, but it’s nothing a lick of white paint won’t sort out. Jacqui’s in west London, where she’s hoping to get a free massage from the new owner of a ground floor flat.

A trip down memory lane for Martin in Hampshire results in a whimsical tale about 'half a house'. In Kent, Jacqui sees a property that could be resurrected into an HMO. And Dion returns to a Stafford site with great potential that he first saw in 2023.

A derelict cottage in Dorset has Martin debating whether it’s more viable to demolish and start again rather than refurbish. Dion’s in Yorkshire, where an end terrace has some structural issues, and in West London Owain loves the potential of a lower ground floor flat.

A developer in Portsmouth shows Martin who’s boss. In Swansea, Owain is worried about the work involved in bringing a property up to scratch. Dion is banging the drum for a house in Crewe.

A former pastry chef in Norfolk turns his attention to property development. In Liverpool, a new owner brings her design perspective to a one-bedroom flat. And in Birmingham, Martin is left to figure out whether it’s a leasehold or a freehold at his property.

Martin encounters a retro bed in Derbyshire that would be perfect as a prop on the Austin Powers set! Jacqui's not convinced by the conservatory in a house in Essex. Dion meets a hands-on developer in Cheshire.
