The new owner of a semi in Faversham in Kent is faced with security issues, while in Liverpool someone buys a piece of land knowing it's unlikely it can be built on. But perhaps the biggest challenge is with a flat in a block in Walworth in London, which is bought despite the fact that it might be demolished.
