Located in the desirable neighbourhood of L’Île Perrot, Quebec, Mactar’s newest flip is a needle found in a real-estate haystack.
Flipping Surprise
The off-market house that Heather and Nathan purchased was supposed to be a quick flip before their family vacation, but it’s been full of surprises – both good and bad!
Graffiti Gross Out
Windsor, Ontario flippers, Deidre and Stephanie’s newest purchase is an eyesore inside and out. The exterior graffiti is hideous, and the interior smoke damage from the kitchen-sink-barbecue is so gross they don’t know where to start.
