Zaara sees Indira toying with her ‘mangalsutra’, a nuptial chain worn by Indian women, and snatches it from her. Zaara demands that Rishi take Indira to a mental hospital. Rishi opposes the idea at first, but later gives in when Zaara gives him an ultimatum. Rishi asks Munna and Kutumbh not to disclose his decision to Indu. The next day, Kutumbh sends Indu and Seher with Rudra to dance classes, while Rishi tells Indira that he is taking her to a circus.
