Episode 1
Arie Boomsma follows Stijn, Martin and Eveline. Stijn (6) has his birthday today and is celebrating his birthday with his family at the campsite. His parents have decorated the caravan and bought presents, but you would not expect these presents from a boy.
Episode 2
The last months in his trusted group 8 have come for Rens (11). Soon he will exchange the place where he can be completely himself for a new class. Arie Boomsma visits him while rehearsing the final musical.
Episode 3
Arie Boomsma follows Stijn, Ryan and Eveline. Stijn (7) went to school in girls' clothes after the summer holidays. Faster than planned, but for him and his parents the situation was untenable.
Episode 4
Arie Boomsma follows Rens, Bo and Martin. Rens (12) started secondary school. A new environment where no one knows they are transgender. Rens has decided to immediately play an open card in his class.
Episode 5
Arie Boomsma follows Loena, Eveline, Martin, Ryan and Bo. Loena (17) discovers at a very young age that she is transgender. Yet she decides not to tell anyone. It wasn't until she was fourteen that she shared her deepest secret with her parents.
Episode 6
In this episode, Arie Boomsma follows Loena, Eveline, Ryan, Suus, Bo and Rens. Loena (18) has recovered from her breast surgery and is going to buy her first bra with a friend. To go through life as a credible woman, Eveline really wants to change something about her voice.
