A double hatch reveals twin Turtuffins. Two friends end up splitting the group in two.

The groups unite at Moonlight Mountain and Cheetree and Penguala are EGGstatic. A remarkable discovery is made.

Something strange happens and the gang looks for answers. At Cloud Cove, they see something in the distance.
Welcome to Illuma Island
The gang arrives at Illuma Island. After meeting new Hatchimals, the gang gets a private tour of the island.
Everybody Dance Now
Cheetree shows her shine on the dance floor and joins the fabulous girl group. Penguala, however, is left wondering what her special power might be.
Starry Sleep Over
Penguala shares stories about the mainland. Draggle and Puppit jam with the band at Boomin' Buffs.
Giggle Dance
With the Eggclipse still on, the gang reunites back on the mainland. Decorations are collected for the Illumination Ceremony.
Wishful Thinking
The gang wishes at Wishing Star Waterfall. After, they all jump in for a swim and have a wonderful time.
Snack Shack Shenanigans
While in charge of the Snack Shack, Penguala, Draggle and friends deal with a busy rush. But Draggle rises to the occasion.
Surf n' Shine
Friends practice for the festival while the gang heads to the beach. SnailTail joins and shines in more ways than one.
Brand New Band
Penguala and the boys form a band at Boomin' Bluffs. SnailTail vows to help KittyCan win the Midnight Masquerade.

Illuma Island is packed for the Midnight Masquerade, KittyCan puts on a great performance, and SnailTail helps her artificially shine on stage.

Penguala, Draggle, and the band play a rocking' set with SnailTail joining them on stage. The Golden Lynx makes an announcement.

KittyCan is in for a super-bright surprise. Penguala is upset she hasn't shone yet and takes a walk along the beach, finding something that might help Hatchtopia.
