Caravan site owner Colin Holliday is thrown into a panic when he receives news of an unwelcome spot inspection from long-standing rival Mike Bryan. Meanwhile, resident entertainer Joyce Mullen takes offence at suggestions that she pull her act together, and Debbi tries to track down an escapee from Pets' Corner.
Tycoon
Colin and his fellow caravan owners are doing well from the popularity of holidays at home. So much so that, when a potential investor in the site comes to stay, Colin extends the warmest of welcomes. Joyce, meanwhile, enthusiastically embraces the world of online auctions, and Mike Bryan recruits a personal assistant.
Bombs Away
Colin's scheme to keep the residents' children entertained comes to a sticky end when there is an unexpected find on the beach. Meanwhile, Mike launches a new development at U-TOW-PIA, and Joyce undertakes a change in showbiz direction.
Mike The Poacher
Colin is mystified when Mike takes a sudden interest in Joyce. Meanwhile Debbi gets the performing bug on a night out. Dean develops showbiz ambitions of his own, and the site gets the chance to host a unique event.
Donkey
When the farmer who owns the land between Colin and Mike's sites dies, they each embark on a charm offensive with his daughter. Meanwhile, Joyce tries to give up smoking, and Daen and Debbi are concerned about the future of Pets' Corner's resident donkey.
Wedding Bells
Colin and Mike both vie to become the new chairman of the caravan site owners' organisation. Joyce, meanwhile, devises a secret money making scheme that brings her temporarily closer to Colin while Debbi hears the sound of wedding bells.
