Wanting to swap their home in London for a new one in the Berkshire countryside, today’s couple have a whopping £1 million budget, and Alistair Appleton is here to help them spend it. Alistair also takes time out to visit a restaurant and theatre in an old mill on the River Thames, where he meets the actor and playwright Simon Williams.
