On her first day at Syntara, Lal makes a bad first impression on accounting manager Wine when she mistakes her for an intern. After failing in her attempts to get Wine to warm up to her, an unexpected company night out brings them dramatically closer.
Episode 2
Reluctant to reveal their new bond to the company, Wine proposes a friends with benefits arrangement, where they'll pretend to dislike one another at work.
Episode 3
Lal and Wine have begun to feel comfortable together when a third person, Proud, enters the picture, clinging tight to Wine and keeping Lal at a distance.
Episode 4
When a pipe burst in Win's condo, Lal invites Wine to say with her during the two-week repair period.
Episode 5
Lal is stunned when Proud asks directly if Lal and Wine are dating. Tangkwa is taken aback when Wine asks her to help Proud with something.
Episode 6
When activities at the company outing lead their colleagues to start shipping them, Lal reveals her feelings for Wine, wanting to be more than just FWB.
Episode 7
Everyone's relationship reaches a turning point when a misunderstanding leaves Tangkwa upset, and Wine wrestles with her feelings in the face of her fears over her past.

As Wine begins to realise the depth of her own feelings following Lal's confession, Proud confidently confesses her own feelings to Tangkwa
Episode 9
As rumours about their relationship circulate around the company, Lal and Wine are called on to address the rumours. After denying the veracity, Wine cuts ties with Lal. Despite her hurt, Lal is later prepared to throw herself in harm's way to come to Wine's rescue.
