In this week's episode, Bristol biker paramedic Wingnut has a tough case on his hands. A woman is stuck in the mud on the banks of the river Avon. The water's low at the moment but the tide can come rushing in and rise by a foot every seven minutes.

In Cornwall, biker paramedic Iain Hooper fears the worst as he races to a man who's fallen from the roof of his house and landed head-first on his van. There's a real risk of life-threatening injuries or paralysis and not a minute to spare.
