DTLA – Season 1
Lenny, a civil litigation attorney, reunites with his college friend SJ during the breaking point in her marriage and while his own long-term relationship with Bryan starts to crumble. Their college friend Kai, a young math teacher, is obsessed with hooking up with his celeb crush. Southern boy Matthew, a newcomer to LA, is in love with his Marine boyfriend Marky and will stop at nothing to make it as an actor. Stefan, an outspoken lawyer, is struggling to make his relationship work with his much younger boyfriend Trey after finding out about his secret life.

Episode 1
Lenny throws his partner, Bryan, a birthday party and all of their friends are there – SJ, Kai, Stefan, Trey, Matthew and his new boyfriend Marky. SJ updates Lenny on her relationship with her estranged husband Norm. Lenny and Bryan are intent on selling their loft, though a new problem may impede them from doing so.
Episode 2
SJ tracks down information on Kai’s latest celebrity crush. After visiting his mother, Lenny has a heart-to-heart with Stefan. Matthew auditions for a new play, and Kai runs into one of his students, Devon, in a very unlikely place.
Episode 3
Bryan enlists the friends to help him and Lenny with their loft. SJ and Norm confront one another. Bryan’s mysterious job interviews become a point of contention with Lenny. Matthew gets word on the play.
Episode 4
Frustrated with new complications in his life, Lenny seeks advice from his therapist. Meanwhile, SJ meets up with her former college boyfriend.
Episode 5
Lenny finds unexpected support from a unique set of neighbors. Bryan reaches out to Carla, one of his two moms, for advice. Kai has a serious meeting with the high school principal. Matthew goes toe-to-toe with the director of his play. Trey performs at a club.
Episode 6
Lenny and SJ meet and share advice. SJ and Norm have a night out on the town. Rafi helps Kai pass a test. Stefan lands a new client. Matthew becomes suspicious of Marky.
Episode 7
Lenny arranges a meeting for Stefan at his law firm. SJ agrees to help Kevin with his new endeavor. Kai finds himself in a surprise parent teacher conference.
Episode 8
Lenny has an impromptu get together with Silas, his father. Lenny and Bryan have a huge party at their loft. Norm shares his feelings with SJ. Kai makes a choice. Bryan pays a surprise visit to his other mother, Kimberley. Matthew discusses the play with SJ. Stefan gets some bad news.
Episode 9
Matthew’s play opens and the evening is filled with surprises for each one of our friends…
