Episode 1
Now a veteran OB-GYN, Sakura helps out at a small hospital on Okunoshima Island. Later, he returns to Persona and treats a pregnant woman who is deaf.
Episode 2
When a pregnant woman is diagnosed with cervical cancer, she and her husband must choose between prioritizing her treatment or delivering the baby.
Episode 3
Sakura recommends an epidural labor for a pregnant woman who has a heart disease. Meanwhile, the doctors worry that Sano has postpartum depression.
Episode 4
A woman who has had a C-section wants a natural birth for her second baby despite the risks. Sakura supports her, but Shinomiya strongly opposes.
Episode 5
Advised to be hospitalized until giving birth, a woman who may go into preterm labor bonds with another expecting mother who has the same condition.
Episode 6
Shimoya becomes friendly with a pregnant woman at Koharu OB-GYN Clinic. Later, the patient suffers cardiac arrest while being transferred to Persona.

Sakura diagnoses Komatsu with a serious uterine issue and advises her to consider a hysterectomy to prevent ovarian cancer from developing.

Shirakawa's ineffective treatment of a newborn baby tests his growing confidence. Shinomiya returns to his hometown after his father collapses.

After suffering a third miscarriage, a woman asks to be treated for infertility. Shinomiya performs an emergency C-section in his father's place.

The members of the Persona team make decisions about their futures. Komatsu's old friend gives birth, but her condition suddenly worsens.
