In a war-torn country, Alice loses her daughter Monica just after parting ways with her husband, Uge. Unknown to Alice, Monica now lives in Italy as Serena with her adoptive father Roberto and his wife Luciana. Meanwhile, a young orphan named Simon rekindles his hope of having his own family when a couple comes to Buklod Kalinga one day.
Pen Pal
Simon becomes friends with Serena after sending her a letter of gratitude for the package she sent to the orphans of Buklod Kalinga. However, Serena’s happiness quickly turns into despair when an incident force Melds to leave for good.
Wishes
Luciana takes on the responsibility of raising Serena to be worthy of being a Marchesa. Meanwhile, the Ibarras adopt Simon and give him the nickname Tenten. A decade later, Serena tells Roberto her wish to visit Askovia.
Hope
Serena’s hope to find her real family fades when the minister of Askovia informs her that they cannot find the man who turned her over to the soldiers’ camp. Meanwhile, Dodoy suffers a mild stroke, forcing Tenten to use all his savings.
Engagement
An announcement from Gian Carlo's father will upset Serena.
All The Way
Tenten readily escorts Sese to the hotel, mistaking her as his client. Later, Sese catches Tenten naked in her room and reports him to the police.
Forgive
Hearing Taps’ pleas, Serena decides to drop her charges against Tenten. Meanwhile, Serena gets a chance to talk to Mr. Mossman when Alessandro finally located him.
Chase
To make up for his misbehavior, Tenten agrees to drive Serena to Tagaytay where she will meet Mr. Mossman. However, Mr. Mossman refuses to hear her proposal. Serena learns later about Marchesa Telecom’s worsening financial crisis, which adds up to her worries.
Memory
After failing to talk with Mr. Mossman, Serena prepares to go back to Italy but eventually opts to stay for some reason. To Tenten’s surprise, Alessandro soon hires him as Sese’s new driver.
Bonding
Sese finally gets to see Divisoria when Tenten brings her there to look for a gown she could wear at Mr. Mossman’s party. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo considers going to the Philippines upon learning that Serena cannot go home yet.
Party
Determined to save her company from downfall, Serena agrees to leave the party with Mr. Mossman in order for them to talk about the proposal. She eventually manages to convince the wealthy businessman to invest in her family’s company, not knowing that Mr. Mossman is orchestrating something against her.
Flashback
Serena reprimands Tenten for hitting Mr. Mossman and causing the businessman to call off their deal. Upon learning that Gian Carlo announced his family’s intention to help the Marchesas, Serena decides to give him a chance. She goes to Buklod Kalinga later on with hopes of finding his old pen pal Simon.
EyeBall
Serena arrives at Buklod Kalinga but fails to know Simon’s whereabouts. Soon, Tenten learns from the nuns that his old pen pal Serena dropped by the orphanage earlier and left her address. Despite his initial hesitance, Tenten still goes to Serena’s hotel to finally come face-to-face with his childhood friend.
Surprise
Feeling anxious, Tenten fails to admit that he is Serena’s old pen pal, Simon. Not long after, he decides to muster the courage to admit the truth through an original song.
Discoveries
After spending the rest of the night together, Serena asks Tenten to come with her to Visayas, but Tenten turns it down, claiming that he has to work. However, because of his family’s encouragement, Tenten changes his mind and decides to join Serena on her trip.
Bohol
Serena flies to Visayas with Tenten just to reach Melds’ hometown. Soon, much to her delight, Serena finally reunites with her old nanny.
Firsts
Serena and Tenten spend their first day in Bohol by indulging in some of the province’s exotic delicacies. Failing to get a good sleep that night, Serena decides to help Tenten correct his speech problem. Meanwhile, Binggoy works at a construction site after receiving no payment for his gig, but later gets into an accident.
Feelings
Tenten and Serena enjoy a fun day with Melds and Cardo while cruising along the Loboc River. Later, Tenten learns more about Gian Carlo and advises Serena to give her best friend a chance. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo’s father reiterates to Luciana that his son’s marriage to Serena must push through.
Falling For You
Roberto angers Luciana when he allows Serena to extend her stay in the Philippines. Meanwhile, Serena confronts a group of girls after seeing them ridicule Tenten because of his speech impediment.
PuSo
With Serena’s help, Tenten overcomes his lisp. He soon realizes that he is falling in love with Serena. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo learns about Tenten.
THIS
Failing to share a dance with Serena during the festivity, Tenten decides to dance with her afterward under the moonlight. Soon, Serena and Tenten bid Melds a tearful farewell and head back to Manila. While Tenten comes home and surprises everyone with his much-improved speech, Serena receives several bouquets of flowers from Gian Carlo.
DreamGirl
Failing to keep Serena off his mind, Tenten begins to realize that he is falling in love with her. Soon, Serena arrives at Tenten’s workplace and decides to spend some time with him. Serena also rides a jeepney for the first time.
Meet The Ibarras
Tenten brings Serena to his home to explain why he wants to work abroad. Taps, Dodoy, and Binggoy then see Serena and welcome her with open arms. Wanting to experience living a normal life, Serena decides to stay for a little while to bond with Tenten’s family and neighbors. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo plans to go to the Philippines to surprise Serena.
Yun Na
Failing to keep Serena off his mind, Tenten begins to realize that he is falling in love with her.
Date
Serena agrees to have dinner with Tenten, who plans to confess his feelings for the lady. While Melds, Cardo, and Franco surprise Serena at the hotel, Gian Carlo learns that his flight is indefinitely delayed.
Reality
Believing that he will be able to tell Serena his true feelings at the end of the day, Tenten suits up and fetches Serena at her hotel for their date. Tenten, however, opts not to confess his feelings anymore as his plans get ruined by unforeseen circumstances.
Basag Trip
Despite mustering enough courage, Tenten still fails to confess his feelings for Serena upon seeing Gian Carlo inside her hotel room. Tenten then leaves and returns home with a heavy heart, recalling that Serena and Gian Carlo are bound to get married. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo and Serena surprise Melds with the care packages from Italy.
Emo
Thinking that he has no chance with Serena because of Gian Carlo, Tenten chooses to ignore her phone calls and avoid her at all costs. Tenten even used Anka, his admirer, in order to keep away from Serena.
Iba Na
While Tenten is losing himself in sadness and desperation, Serena is starting to enjoy Gian Carlo's presence.

Hopia No More
Serena lets Gian Carlo experience the wonders of Manila by taking him to the places where she and Tenten spent some time together. Despite having the best time with his best friend, Gian Carlo still feels that he is losing Serena to her newfound friend Tenten. Meanwhile, Tenten accepts the fact that he and Serena are only friends.
Ouch
Serena assumes that Tenten has a problem upon noticing that his speech impediment has returned. Her gut feeling becomes even stronger when Jei Jei informs her that Tenten is in love. Instead of admitting his feelings, Tenten lies to Serena and says that he is brokenhearted because of Anka. Hearing this, Serena decides to help Tenten by setting up a blind date for him.
Double Date
After reprimanding Tenten for ditching Sarah, Serena is taken aback when he confessed his real feelings for her. Tenten, on the other hand, decides to part ways with Serena knowing that she is already working things out with Gian Carlo.
Pampanga
While Tenten tries to conceal the anguish he feels from being rejected, Serena begins to fulfill her promise to give Gian Carlo a chance. Just as they try to start anew without one another, Serena and Tenten stumble upon each other at Sarah’s restaurant.
Love Symptoms
Despite his initial hesitation, Tenten agrees to join Serena and Gian Carlo in a trip to Sarah's resort park. However, Sarah's apparent fondness for Tenten makes Serena uneasy. Meanwhile, Luciana patches things up with Roberto.
Pagputok
In his attempt to overcome his fear, Tenten ends up in an embarrassing situation while doing a free fall. Meanwhile, Gian Carlo prepares a surprise for Serena, but his hard work comes to nothing when he suddenly gets sick.
Moment of Truth
As her date with Gian Carlo fails to push through, Serena hangs out with Tenten and manages to patch things up with him. The next morning, Serena is taken aback upon realizing that Sarah spent the night at Tenten’s room.
Say It
Serena starts feeling awkward around Tenten after realizing that she might be in love with him. Gian Carlo, on the other hand, finally figures out that there is something going on between Tenten and Serena.
The Marchesas
Gian Carlo fails to hold back his tears upon realizing that he is losing his best friend to another man. Despite this, Gian Carlo decides to fight for his love for Serena and even goes out of his way to make the young lady feel special.
The Invitation
While Tenten and his family celebrate his decision to return to school, Serena worries about what Gian Carlo may do after she rejected him and revealed her true feelings for Tenten. Later, Luciana and Roberto surprise Serena with their sudden arrival.
The Big Event
Luciana and Roberto arrive in Manila to surprise Serena. Soon, Tenten meets the Marchesa couple and gets the chance to spend time with them at Sarah's restaurant. However, things turn awkward for everyone after Tenten gets himself drunk.
I Love You
Much to Serena's surprise, Tenten charms his way through the Marchesa couple's hearts. Failing to hide her fondness for Tenten, Luciana asks Sarah to invite the young man to come with them to a prestigious party.
Mamma Mia
Serena finds herself mesmerized by Tenten when he arrived at the party clad in an elegant suit. Soon, Tenten sits with the Marchesas and shares his poverty-stricken yet happy life with his adoptive family. Unable to hide his jealousy over Tenten and Serena’s sweetness, Gian Carlo leaves the table and unknowingly draws attention from Luciana.
Challenge
Tenten finds himself in a humiliating position when Luciana volunteers him to recite passages from a poem before the guests. Serena steps in to save Tenten from further embarrassment and even shocks everyone when she bravely confesses her love for the young man.
Luciana and Dodoy
Tenten's passionate declaration of love for Serena prompts Luciana and Roberto to invite the Ibarras for dinner. Luciana, however, has more than just getting to know Tenten and his family on her agenda.
Kapit
Luciana renders Taps insulted after asking her to stay away from Serena in exchange for a huge amount of money. With this, Serena goes to the Ibarras to personally apologize to them. Soon, Serena helps Tenten finish the love song he wants to dedicate to his parents for their wedding anniversary.
Desperado
Tenten, Binggoy, and Serena surprise Dodoy and Taps with a wedding anniversary party. In the midst of the festivity, Dodoy suddenly experiences severe chest pain, prompting his family to rush him to the hospital. There, the Ibarras learn that Dodoy needs to undergo a heart bypass surgery that costs a million. Serena then begs her mother to help Tenten's family, but Luciana refuses.
The Big Moves
While the Ibarras struggle to gather enough money for Dodoy’s operation, Roberto informs Serena that he sincerely wants to help Tenten’s family. Taps, however, rejects Roberto’s offer and reiterates that her family will never seek financial help from the Marchesas. Meanwhile, Angela joins a singing competition, hoping to win the prize to help Alice find Monica.
Maling Akala
A desperate Binggoy approaches Luciana to seek financial help. Just after deciding to stay in the Philippines for good, Serena finds herself in danger at the place where she expects to meet Tenten.
Connection
Desperate for money, Binggoy ransoms Serena. When Tenten finds out, he initially fights Binggoy's plan. However, when Binggoy's life hangs in the balance, Tenten is left with no choice but to help with his brother's schemes.
Ciao Italia
Tenten’s explanation falls on deaf ears as Serena refuses to believe that he did not conspire with Binggoy in abducting her. Having no trust for Tenten, Kokoy follows Tenten and Serena and causes a horrendous accident. Meanwhile, Taps is filled with hope upon learning that a foundation paid for Dodoy’s heart bypass surgery. Unbeknownst to Taps, Luciana is the one who financed the operation to pay Binggoy for kidnapping Serena.
Begin Again
Determined to do the right thing, Tenten informs Luciana that Binggoy is the one who kidnapped Serena. Pretending to be surprised with this revelation, Luciana pledges not to file a case against them but orders Tenten to stay away from Serena. To appease a brokenhearted Tenten, Binggoy sends his brother’s composition to the songwriting competition Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs. After learning that his song was accepted, Tenten goes to the office of Star Records, where he meets Angel.
Venezia
Serena learns that Roberto is in critical condition but struggles to remember anything about her father. Luciana then tells Serena about the life she had before she got amnesia. Meanwhile, in her attempt to make it up to Tenten, Angel brings him to a karaoke bar.
