In these two years, the life of the Noons has undergone tremendous change, with Rithvik who is the heart of the family has gone into Coma, from the Noon’s business collapsing. The life of Noon’s is in shambles until enters Vikrant, the stepson of Vijaypath, who enters as a blessing in disguise. Palak is now married to Vikrant as she can’t ignore the things he has done for her family. The only thing holding Palak together is her daughters happiness as they grow fond of Vikrant. Will Rithvik be able to remember his past? Will he find a way back to his love Palak?

Two Years later
It's been two years since Palak and Ritwik met with an accident. Palak has still not been able to recover from the trauma. Mamta encourages her to face her fears and take driving lessons. What is in store for Palak and Ritwik? Will their love live beyond life's complications?
Declared Brain Dead
In the last two years, a lot changed for the Noons. As Ritwik slipped into a coma, the business suffered. But Vikrant stepped in and helped Noons. But Palak continues to take care of Ritwik in the hospital. As the Noons celebrate Vijaypath and Mamta's 30th wedding anniversary, the doctors inform the family that they must let Ritwik go.
Mercy Killing for Ritwik
Palak and the entire Noon family fall apart when they learn that they will have to give euthanasia to Ritwik. Vikrant can't see Palak suffering and assures her that Ritwik will not die. Meanwhile, the Noons feel its high time Vikrant and Palak come close to each other.
Ritwik is back!
An awkwardness seeps between Palak and Vikrant after they spend a night together. On the other hand, Ritwik gains consciousness even as the doctors prepare to shift Ritwik to another hospital. Vikrant finds himself in a mess as he never approved of the Ritwik's transfer.
Ritwik is Back But….
The Noons are overjoyed to see Ritwik miraculously recover from the coma. He is brought to the Noon mansion. Now everyone worries about Vikrant. What is Vikrant and Palak's future? Palak's happiness is short-lived when she learns that Ritwik has retrograde amnesia and does not remember anything that happened in the past 8 years.
Ritwik’s Treatment Begins
Vikrant and Shivam turn violent when Shivam decides to throw Vikrant out of the house. Palak begins Ritwik's physiotherapy sessions even as he struggles to remember things from his past. Palak feels deeply hurt whenever Ritwik thinks of her as some random girl who has an eye on Noon's money.
Just a Physiotherapist?
When Palak and Ritwik go for a jog, they get stormed by the media. Their photos get splashed in the news the next day. Palak takes Ritwik to the same restaurant where they had reunited a few years ago to see if it brings back his memories. Shivam plans to bring RItwik and Palak closer despite his family being against it.
Vikrant or Ritwik?
The Noons are divided over Palak's future. The women of the family feel Palak will be happier with Vikrant whereas, the men feel Palak and Ritwik should come together. Incidentally, Palak ends up being alone with Vikrant as everyone attends Shivam's gig.
Palak is Fired
Seeing Ritwik bring a girl in the house, Palak gets very upset. Ritwik continues to treat her badly. She gives up and decides to be with her daughters in Shimla. Ritwik doesn't understand why he gets impacted by Palak so much. In anger, he fires her.
Goodbye Palak?
Palak leaves for Shimla. Shivam, Rohit, and Aman convince Ritwik to pursue Palak and stop her. He reaches the airport only to find Palak already on the flight. Has Ritwik lost Palak? Meanwhile, the weather in Shimla takes a turn for the worst, and the Noons are unable to establish contact with the Noons.
Lost in Kasauli
Ritwik and Palak's flight to Shimla diverts to Kasauli due to bad weather. In search of a hotel, Ritwik falls in trouble. Palak and Ritwik make a run for their lives.
Saved In Time
Ritwik is hospitalized as he loses consciousness after falling from the cliff. Vikrant reaches in the nick of time to save Ritwik and Palak. Palak wants to walk out of her marriage with Vikrant.
Palak’s Birthday
On Palak's birthday, Vikrant plans a surprise for her. Vikrant wants to leave, but Palak requests him to stay. Gia and Dia have a day out with Ritwik.
Shanaya’s Date
Shanaya is accompanied by the Noons' at her date with Karthik. Palak reminisces seven stages of love with Ritwik.
The Patch Up
Setu's friends Palak and Reeva try to help with her marital issues. Setu and Rohit patch up. Ritwik questions Palak about the kiss and accuses her of being a gold digger.
Vikrant’s Training
To bring Vikrant and Palak together, Ritwik shares tips with Vikrant. Ritwik has a deja vu. Vikrant tries to follow Ritwik's training but fails. Ritwik questions his father about his past.
The Wrong Room
A celebration party is being arranged for Setu and Rohit's wedding anniversary. Palak, in a drunken state, enters Ritwik's room. The morning after, Ritwik tries to tease Palak about it.
The Celebration Party
Ritwik and Palak read the vows penned for Setu and Rohit. Rohit is upset with Setu, as she does not arrive at the party. Ritwik shares that he feels different about Palak.
The Accident
Setu meets with an accident. While searching for Rohit, Ritwik and Palak visit an old spot. Vijaypath mistakenly sends a message to Palak, meant for Vikrant. Palak learns about Vikrant's plan to divorce her.
A Misunderstanding
To save Rohit, Ritwik's silence creates a misunderstanding between Palak and Vikrant. Palak tries to explain herself but Vikrant shuts her out. The misunderstanding strengthens Vikrant's decision to separate from Palak.
The Responsibility
Ritwik assures Palak that he will clear all the misunderstandings with Vikrant and stop their divorce. Mamta and Vijaypath approach Aman with the responsibility to find out what is going on between Ritwik, Palak and Vikrant. Rohit messes up again.
The Recollect
The misunderstanding between Palak and Vikrant just keeps increasing and ends up in a heated argument. Ritwik has a strike of sudden recollection of memories and ends up in a hospital. Following the argument, Palak and Vikrant arrive at the lawyer's office to follow through their divorce.
Messy Situations
Setu attempts suicide after finding out about Rohit's adultery. Palak rushes to help Setu after she receives a dire call from Setu's kids. Ritwik regains consciousness and is still a bit hazy from all the confusion.
The Feint
Ritwik is now back to normal and is taken back home. Meanwhile, Setu decides she wants to stay away from Rohit. Setu hands over a letter to Palak and asks her to deliver it to Rohit. Upon arriving at the Noon Manor, Shivam informs Palak about Ritwik. Palak rushes to find Ritwik joyfully hoping he now remembers her. Ritwik comes across the letter amidst the chaos.
The Engagement Day
The Noons are busy preparing for Shanaya and Kartik's engagement. Rohit tries to apologize to Setu for his mistake and Ritwik arrives in time to help him make amends. But Palak firmly stands by her friend's side. Palak invites Setu for the engagement. Shanaya gets upset at the engagement but Palak and Ritwik bring the situation under control.
The Backlash
Rohit is still sulking for having lost Setu. Ritwik is happy to see Palak and Vikrant dancing so well but is still uneasy from within. When confronted by Palak regarding his memory recollections, he lashes out at everyone. Later Ritwik introduces Palak to his trophy girlfriend of the night.
The Revelation
Hurt by Ritwik's sharp words and his rant, Palak is devastated to the core. Vikrant approaches Ritwik and reveals the truth about his wife and kids. Upon doctor's advice, Vikrant and Palak decide to leave the house for a few days. But does Ritwik really not remember anything?
Memories Vs Reality
Ritwik discloses and proves to Rohit that he remembers everything. Meanwhile Palak and Vikrant are enjoying their date and Setu is at the spa. Ritwik has a catch in his shoulder and needs a doctor to help him out. Rohit drives him to Palak.
The Big Switch
Vikrant and Reeva prepare to leave for London on a business trip. Shivam and Ananya are finally ready to take things to the next level and plan to reveal their relation to everyone, but Mamta misunderstands the conversation. At the airport, Ritwik ends up with car troubles and Palak decides to help.
A Shock To Remember
The Noons are not only shocked but also happy to find out about Shivam and Ananya and decide to celebrate it Noon style. Palak overhears Ritwik talking to Rohit and confronts him, Ritwik tells her that he remembers everything.
Season Finale
Vikrant has a brain tumour attack and is now hospitalized, the doctors advise him to get it treated in London. Palak and Vikrant prepare to leave for London. Reeva is back home and finds out the truth about Ritwik's memory, tells Vikrant to rethink his decision. Ritwik arrives at the airport to win Palak back after overhearing Vikrant and Reeva.
