One of the three managing directors of a timber wholesaler, Hannes Mayerthaler, has been stabbed to death. He allegedly wanted to sell the company to investor Josef Dreisacker. Detectives Stadler and Winter quickly identify the first suspects.

Chemist Claudia Steinheim is found dead in the laboratory of her institute for food technology. Detectives Stadler and Winter take up the investigation.

The well-known former pianist and harpsichord lover Rüdiger Wickert is found beaten to death in his refuge, a forest hut. Stadler and Winter have an initial suspicion.

Moritz Köbl has been shot dead. He was the owner and captain of the new excursion boat ‘Seeperle’, which was to be christened the next day. Detectives Stadler and Winter investigate.

Quarterback Thomas Brandlmaier lies dead in the equipment room of the Rosenheim Strikers. Detectives Anton Stadler and Sven Hansen take up the investigation.

Stefan Schätzel, owner of an organic inn, was pushed from the balcony. Detectives Hansen and Stadler initially suspect his wife Luise. The victim had recently been having an affair with Franziska Hirsch.
The kidnapped bride
During the evening wedding reception, Sabine Lechner is murdered after being kidnapped. Detectives Hansen and Stadler immediately begin their investigation. The first suspects, such as the newlywed husband, are quickly found.
Everything comes to an end
Shortly before the opening match of the Mangfall Open, coach Brigitta Roth is found dead. Her rival Sarah Schneider quickly comes under the scrutiny of detectives Hansen and Stadler, as Roth had poached a talented young player from her.
Who would expect murder?
The young mathematician Arne Hellmann is found dead in the Rosenschlössl, where he lives as part of his studies. Initial investigations lead detectives Stadler and Hansen to suspect that Hellmann was an impostor.
The unfinished
Heinrich Gschwendtner, nude painter and lecturer, was killed with his painting stool while practising his profession. Hansen and Stadler have a new case. Initial investigations lead to Gschwendtner's model Corinna Hüfner and her fiancé Timo Ritter.
Star Wars
Georg Vorreiter is found beaten to death on the lawn of his farm. As Inspector Hansen is going on holiday, Inspector Stadler investigates for the first time with his new colleague Birte Andresen from Hamburg.
Rosenheim from above
Marie Hofer finds drone pilot Moritz Schwinghammer murdered on the Heuberg. He was supposed to produce the city's new image film, ‘Rosenheim from above’.
The kidnapped bull
Successful cattle breeder Anna Wenzl is found beaten to death in the stable of her valuable breeding bull Herrmann. Detectives Stadler and Andresen take up the investigation. The investigative duo quickly find their first suspects.
A surprising reunion
Bertram Neustädt is found stabbed to death on an alpaca farm leased to the Nerlingers. Could they have witnessed the crime? As detectives Stadler and Andresen discover, Neustädt had been living there temporarily.
Saving money has its price
Farmer Alois Kandler is found dead in his barn, killed by a hay crane. Inspectors Stadler and Andresen begin their investigation. At the time of the crime, it appears that only his daughter Vroni was with him on the farm.

Journalist Jochen Hanke is found dead in his living room by his wife Cornelia. Detectives Stadler and Andresen immediately begin their investigation.
The death of the rich man
Large-scale farmer Christoph Meindl from nearby Meinersbach is found dead on the railway tracks, stabbed to death. Initially, Monika Schlosser, the landlady of the village inn, is suspected. She had a secret relationship with the large-scale farmer.
The water of happiness
Nature ranger Bartholomäus Kolb is found in the Klimmbach stream. He did not drown, but was murdered. Initially, a trail leads to his wife Marion. But soon, Stadler and Andresen focus their attention on other suspects.
Wedding in Rosenheim
Chimney sweep Peter Pracht has been murdered. His boss Quirin Lachner is a suspect. Detectives Stadler and Andresen discover that he and the victim had committed burglaries together.
A deadly gift
On the horse
Successful and internationally renowned master saddler Andreas Pause is found beaten to death in his workshop. Detectives Hansen and Kaya take up the investigation. The first suspects are not long in coming.
