Mahadev grants Bruk a boon
Kartikay asks a demon to warn Tripat to be careful. Bruk impresses Mahadev with his devotion and receives a boon to kill as he pleases. He kills innocent beings and sets out to heaven to test his powers. Narad warns Indradev about Bruk.
Mohini lures Bhasmasur
Bhasmasur attempts to test his power on the gods but fails. He is fascinated by Parvati and decides to burn Mahadev. But Vishnu transforms into Mohini, who lures Bhasmasur with her dance and kills him.
Tarakuasur's sons support Vajrang
Lord Vishnu sends Narad to invite Mahadev to a council. Tarakasur’s son plans to kill 1 lakh devotees of Mahadev in an attempt to stop Vajrang from committing suicide. Meanwhile, Kartikay plans to fight Tripat.
Mahadev rescues his followers
Vidyunmali and his brothers kidnap Mahadev’s followers to kill them. Mahadev informs Brahma and Vishnu that they have to destroy the Tripurs to save the devotees. Mahadev rescues his followers from the demons. Parvati, using her powers, brings her daughter into existence.
The gods seek Mahadev's blessings
The gods seek Mahadev’s blessings to fight the demons. Parvati teaches her daughter Ashok Sundari how to worship the Shivaling. Raja Bali refuses to take part in the fight against the Devas.
Mahadev is overwhelmed
Mahadev traps Tarakasur’s son and destroys Tripur. Vishnu renames Tripur as Ujjain. Meanwhile, Ashok Sundari curses the demon to be killed by Nahush. Mahadev is overwhelmed when he meets Ashok Sundari.
Durvasa curses Indradev
Durvasa is furious when Indradev brags about himself and insults Mahadev. He curses Indradev. Meanwhile, Kartikay and his soldiers engage in battle with Tripat’s army. Lord Vishnu gives the name Tripurari to Mahadev.
Kartikay kills Tripat
Kartikay kills Tripat. Meanwhile, Bali steals the Amrit Kalash and Indradev attempts to get it back. The Kalash falls into an ocean. Mahadev instructs Indradev to join the demons for Samudra Manthan.
Indradev conspires against demons
Bali agrees to Samudra Manthan, on Mahadev’s request. Indradev plans to snatch the Amrit from the demons after the Manthan. Nandi and Shivgans decide to consume the poison with Mahadev but Parvati assigns them to look after Ashok Sundari.
The Amrut Manthan Begins
The gods and the asuras assemble for the Samudra Manthan. Lord Brahma requests Lord Vishnu to take on the kurma avatar and begin the manthan. Vasuki becomes the rope and Mandar Parvat, the Mathani. Lord Indra plays a clever game. The asuras find it difficult as Vasuki starts spewing fire. The gods and asuras panic as the poison starts spreading.
Mahadev consumes the poison
Mahadev drinks all the poison to save the gods and the demons. Parvati puts her hand around Mahadev’s neck to stop him from swallowing the poison. Lord Brahma names Mahadev ‘Neelkanth’.
The demons deceive the gods
Mahadev leaves for Kailash as he senses a fight brewing between the gods and the demons. Three of the demons deceive the deities and steal the Amrit Kalash. Vishnu, disguised as Mohini persuades the demons to share the Amrit with the gods.
Rahu betrays Lord Vishnu
Bali and Indradev agree to share the Amrit when Mohini threatens to throw it in the ocean. Mahadev punishes the three Devas and Vishnu splits Rahu’s neck after he deceives them and consumes the Amrit. Vishnu gives the Amrit Kalash to the gods.
Parvati enlightens the Devas
Mahadev rebukes Varundev, Agnidev and Indradev for not realising the importance of the Amrit. Parvati enlightens the gods about Mahadev’s power. Mahadev asks Indradev to repent for his sin.
Mahadev enlightens Ashok Sundari
Mahadev narrates Hiranyakashyap and Prahalad's story to Ashok Sundari. He also enlightens Ashok Sundari with the knowledge of Agni Tapasya. Ashok Sundari and Kartikay express a desire to meet.
The happy reunion
Kartikay is delighted to meet his family during their visit to the South. Parvati thanks Meenakshi for taking care of her son. Kartikay cherishes the moments he spends with Ashok Sundari.
Kartikay is helpless
Kartikay expresses his helplessness to Mahadev who admires him for performing his duties. Brihaspati warns Indradev not to challenge Mahadev. Upmanyu receives blessings from Mahadev and Parvati.
Mahadev enlightens Ashok Sundari
Mahadev enlightens Ashok Sundari about Tapasya. Indradev sends a fairy to destroy Kartikay’s powers. The fairy fears Indradev and seeks Kartikay’s help to meditate and rescue herself from the demons.
Mahadev enlightens Parvati
Ashok Sundari devotes herself to Tapasya. Mahadev enlightens Parvati about Ashok Sundari’s commitment and predicts her future. While the fairy conspires against Kartikay on Indradev’s insistence, Mahadev and Parvati offer their blessings to Ashok Sundari.
Narad Muni apologises to Mahadev
Narad Muni suggests that Parvati should tie Mahadev to the Kalpavriksha and donate it to Sanat Kumar. He panics when Vishnu enquires about his idea and apologises to Mahadev. Meenakshi and Kartikay decide to make Devsena stay at their place.
Brahma's sons take Mahadev away
Parvati welcomes Sanaka, Sanatana, Sanandana and Sanatkumara and hands over Mahadev to them after tying him to the Kalpavriksha. However, she panics when they take Mahadev away. She pleads with them to return him to her.
Lord Brahma's orders
Lord Brahma orders his son to release Mahadev. But Mahadev conveys to him that he has to go with them for a reason. Parvati disguises herself as an old woman and conveys to Brahma’s son that the world needs Mahadev. Brahma’s son is unhappy to let Mahadev go.
Brahma's son lets Mahadev go
Brahma’s son decides to give Mahadev back to Parvati. Mahadev instructs Rishi Gautam to create Nyayasutra. Later, Menavati apologises to an angry Mahadev.
Indradev in Rishni Gautam's house
Indradev is furious after learning about Gautam’s Nyayasutra. He disguises himself as Rishi Gautam and enters his house in his absence. Mahadev is angered by Indradev’s immoral act.
Rishi Gautam's curse
Rishi Gautam curses Indradev and Ahilya. Indradev apologises to Parvati, who refuses to forgive him. Meenakshi persuades Devsena to express her feelings for Kartikay. Meanwhile, the Devas quarrel over taking Indradev’s throne in his absence.
