Live from the Museu do Carro Elétrico, RTP hosts the only debate featuring all the candidates for the City Council of Porto, moderated by Carlos Daniel. It's the second largest metropolitan area in the country. After 12 years, Porto will have a new City Council president, and there are precisely 12 candidates for the seat formerly held by Rui Moreira.
