North East
This episode heads to the north east of England where married couple Kevin and Lalita kick off the competition with a menu inspired by Italian food and local produce. But their love of hearty portions proves a challenge for the other couples: loved-up Richard and Christine, and married couple Michelle and Charlotte. Some of the guests are left shocked when Kevin serves up black pudding, even though his wife is a pescatarian! Day two sees local girl Michelle and her southerner wife Charlotte put on an Asian themed evening. Finally, it's the turn of oldest couple Richard and Christine to host an evening of what they call dinner party classics. Their simple salad starter and French-inspired chicken leave Kevin thinking the grand is his for the taking. Is his confidence justified or will someone else scoop the cash?
Stockport
This brand new series kicks off in Stockport, where three rival duos battle it out to host the best dinner party and win a £1000 cash prize. Builder Lee and his girlfriend Tash start with an inventive menu that includes vanilla cured salmon and hazelnut chocolate calzone. Day two sees refined duo Judy and Will attempt to woo their guests with a fresh healthy menu. But when Tash finds a hair in her chicken, and Lee finds a greenfly in an edible pansy can Judy and Will pull their evening back? Finally it's the turn of girlfriends Jess and Dale, who aim to take their guests on an Asian taste journey combining hot, sweet, and sour. There's a big shock in store for Will and Judy when Jess reveals a tattoo of their names on her arm but all is not what it seems, and when Jess takes something off at the table will it be all over for the lively duo? Or will they bring them home the grand?

In Cambridgeshire, big kids Wizz and Luke kick off with a children's party themed night. Trying to make sense of it all are guests Diana and Mark, and Ed and Steve.

In this episode from Stoke, quirky young lovebirds Patrick and Lizzie host their first ever dinner party with an 'eclectic' menu. They gamble on some wartime food and beginners luck.

Three couples host dinner parties in Bedfordshire, with Gavin and Jodie, Francis and Yvonne, and Lisa and Ed all competing for the cash prize of £1,000.
Liverpool and Birkenham
Amateur dramatics enthusiasts Ryan and Kitty kick off proceedings in Liverpool, followed by hairdresser Karen and builder Alun, and Birkenhead couple Tony and Debby.

The cooking contest moves to Lincolnshire, with former soldier Scott and partner Clare kicking off the week, followed by Su and Dylan, and ending with ex-army couple Adele and Dave.

In Nottingham, married couple Karen and Nigel kick off the competition with a Bajan-themed menu, followed by Beth and Clem's meal, and Jo and Charlie's Greek night.
North East England
In north east England, musicians Nick and Kelly get the ball rolling, diner style, with their rock 'n' roll themed night. But will it be Happy Days or will the guests be All Shook Up?
Bournemouth
In Bournemouth, John and Karen showcase their home grown food. But Sarah-Jane is worried that she'll be eating their 'pets' and pescatarian Zoe is accidentally given meat for her starter.
Essex
In Essex, Mark and Diane bring a taste of their Mediterranean travels to their menu - by way of their very own garden, and encourage their guests to sing with them, to mixed review

Three couples host dinner parties in Sheffield, with Ray and Chloe, Andrew and Claire, and Rob and Emma all competing for the cash prize of £1,000.
North London
Engaged couple Anita and Cash get the ball rolling in north London, with a menu drawing on their Indian heritage. Joining them is Keith and his laid-back wife Maz, and foodies Dan and Les.

In Hampshire, James and Victoria have chosen a menu themed around their favourite holiday destination of Spain. But which couple will be flamenco-ing off with that £1000 prize?
