Special Investigations Agent: Richard Doty
Richard Doty is a new insider who comes forward to share his personal experience working in Area 51 and Kirtland Air Force base. He is a retired special agent who worked within the Air Force’s Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) who was assigned to investigate ET contacts. In our introduction to his career, he gives Emery Smith a glimpse inside the investigation process and how it brought him to work at classified locations like Area 51. He shares one of his experiences with a strange extraterrestrial creature that escaped from Papoose Site 5 near Groom Lake. Plus, he reveals what we learned from the EBENs that crashed at Roswell, concerning their use of time travel, communication devices, and directed energy beam weapons (DEW).
Field Investigations with Contactees
Richard Doty reveals to Emery Smith the most fascinating extraterrestrial contact case of his entire career. His work with the Air Force’s Office of Special Investigations included investigating cases of alien contactees such as Raymond Powtroisky. Over the course of ten years, Powtroisky was visited many times by three beings who arrived in a huge UFO. They showed him where they were from and gave him several strange figurines. Project Serpo: E.T. Exchange Program
In 1965, 12 humans left Earth to live on a distant planet for nearly 13 years, as part of an exchange program known as Project Serpo. This was an agreement made with the home planet of the beings found in the Roswell crash. Richard Doty fills Emery Smith in on the details of this program, officially called Project Crystal Knight. The galaxy has mercenaries, pirates, and crime syndicates, like on Earth, controlling certain regions of space that are hazardous to travel through. These bad actors represent only 5% of the galaxy's populations. Randy Cramer tells us that 95% of the civilizations throughout our galaxy pose no threat to our planet and our way of life. Secret E.T. Base Discovered!
A chance encounter revealed a UFO base hidden within Urania Peak on the grounds of Tonopah Air Force base, one of the most secure facilities on the planet. When Richard Doty got word of this clandestine infiltration, he assembled an armed security team to escort him as he investigated. The report he filed from his investigation was received and reviewed by top military brass who “took care of it” in a drastic way. Repercussions of this action are still classified to this day.
Hybrid Infiltration
Are extraterrestrial hybrids living amongst us? This is the astounding revelation from Richard Doty who investigated strange cases of alien abduction and experimentation on human hosts.
